Through conversation we explore the triggers and the influences of the environment and people in our lives.
You will learn a new point of view and tools to begin making the shift, clearing the stress of the mind which relaxes the body..
Learn tools to instantly increase your awareness moving from victim to victor.
Each Thursday, using visualizations along with guided clearing meditations we begin to clear the stress we accumulate therefore clearing the self.
We begin with an energy check-in discussion on the theme of the week. Balancing our chakras, we create support for optimum well-being as well as address any forms of stress ready to be released
. As we clear the self we begin to open and expand our awareness experiencing life in our own unique way.
Each guided meditation offers anchoring techniques to use for calming and relaxation.
No Meditation Experience Required, Just arrive with an open heart
As practice is important to bring us back from chaos to balance, we are offering these classes ongoing every Thursday unless otherwise noted.
